RECIPE FOR PROBIOTIC BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE:
Things you need-
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup coconut water (or coconut water kefir)
- Stevia/any sweetener
- 2-3 tablespoons pre-soaked chia seeds
- Berries/fruits (optional)
In a blender, add Greek yogurt, coconut water/coconut water kefir and sweetener.
Blend until smooth and transfer to a serving glass.
Add in chia seeds and stir.
You can also add in berries or any fruit that you like before blending. Tastes great on its own too.
