Things you need-
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 4-5 teaspoons ginger juice
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
In a jar or bowl, add 1/3 cup fresh pineapple juice. To make pineapple juice, simply blend pineapple and strain out the juice. Add in fresh ginger juice made in a similar water and add honey. mix until honey is well dissolved and consume this on an empty stomach. You can definitely add in some water if you like it a bit diluted.
