RECIPE FOR LOW CARB WEIGHT LOSS SMOOTHIE:
Things you need-
- 1 cup thick almond milk/coconut milk
- 1/3 cup espresso
- 1 teaspoon ghee/coconut oil
- 2 teaspoon chia seeds
- Stevia as per taste
- Some fresh cream (optional)
In a blender, add almond milk and espresso.Add in ghee, chia seeds and stevia. You can add more or less of the ingredients as per your taste.
If you like it thick, add in some whipping cream or fresh cream. Blend until frothy and well-combined.
Transfer to a glass and have it as a breakfast shake or evening shake.
