HEALTHY HONEY SYRUP

RECIPE FOR HONEY GINGER JAR:

Things you need-

  • Wide-mouthed jar with lid
  • 1 cup honey
  • Organic Lemons – 2
  • Fresh Ginger – 2 inch

Directions-

In a jar, add thinly sliced lemon and ginger. Pour in honey and repeat the layers until the entire jar is filled. Close the lid and store the jar in the fridge for 2 months. Place the jar at room temperature for 15 minutes prior to usage. Simply eat a spoonful of this syrup if you have a cold, sore throat or runny rose.
