RECIPE FOR HONEY CINNAMON NIGHTTIME DRINK:
Things you need-
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder or 2-3 inch cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon honey
In a saucepan, add milk and cinnamon. Add in honey and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the flame and pour the milk in serving cup. Sip slowly before bedtime.
