HEALTHY WATERMELON LEMONADE RECIPE

That’s why we created this healthy watermelon lemonade to share with you all! This version is made using coconut sugar as it is healthy and will give you the natural sugar taste. Plus, this juice is made of only 3 ingredients and therefore you need not spend your time shopping in the grocery stores.

So here we present you a water melon lemonade which will make you say “Yes, this summer was fun”.

The ingredients and directions to make this amazing juice has been provided below in easy-to-make steps:  

HEALTHY WATERMELON LEMONADE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Watermelon- 2 cups
  • Lemon juice- 1/4 cup
  • Coconut sugar- 3 tablespoon
  • Water- 1.5 cups
  • Mint and lemon slices for garnishing (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the watermelon into quarters and chop off the green skin. Cut it in a small cube and put it in the blender. Blend it until you get the smooth texture
  2. Add ¼ cup of lemon juice to the blender (make sure you have strained the lemon juice using a filter to get rid of the lemon seeds)
  3. Add 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar to the blender and blend it until all the ingredients are properly mixed.
  4. Add 1 cup of water and blend the above and make sure the mixture is little watery. If the mixture is thick, then add another ½ cup of water and make sure that the mixture is watery.
  5. You can add mint and lemon slices for garnishing.
