This mango oats recipe has just a few simple ingredients. Further, it contains natural flavours and sugars that come from mango and honey.

INGREDIENTS

  • Rolled Oats- 1/2 cup
  • Non-dairy milk (almond or soy milk) – 1/2 cup
  • Chia seeds- 1 teaspoon
  • Honey- 1 tablespoon
  • Mango- ½ cup chopped mango

Please Note: Keep in mind that, you can use normal milk also instead of non-dairy milk., but we prefer non-dairy milk as it is a more healthy substitute.

DIRECTIONS

  1. First, add the rolled oats in a jar.
  2. Then, add in the chia seeds, honey and milk and give it a good mix.
  3. Top the jar with some favorite fruits of your choice.

Now your yummy overnight mango oats is ready to eat. Close the jar and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
