Healing Turmeric Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of filtered water
  • Organic ground turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped Fresh ginger – 1/2 to 1 inch
  • Black peppercorns – 1/4 tsp
  • Raw honey or maple syrup – 1 Tbsp

Method –

In a saucepan, add filtered water and ground turmeric. Clean and chop the ginger and add it to the water. Take 1/4 tsp of black peppercorns, crush it using a pestle and add it in.
