- 2 cups of filtered water
- Organic ground turmeri
c– 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Fresh ginger – 1/2 to 1 inch
- Black peppercorns – 1/4 tsp
- Raw honey or maple syrup – 1 Tbsp
In a saucepan, add filtered water and ground turmeric. Clean and chop the ginger and add it to the water. Take 1/4 tsp of black peppercorns, crush it using a pestle and add it in.
