FENUGREEK WATER – Fenugreek water have high protein and nicotinic acid content, which are known to be beneficial against hair fall and dandruff, and in treating a variety of scalp issues like dryness of hair, baldness and hair thinning. Use the water on your hair 2-3 hours before hair wash or leave it on your hair overnight. Next morning, just rinse it off with plain water.

Add 1/2 cup fenugreek seeds to 2 cups water and infuse it with a lid overnight. Cook until water reduces to half the next day and strain. Apply on hair and scalp and shampoo after 2-3 hours.

RICE WATER – Rice water is rich with amino acids, B vitamins, vitamin E, minerals and antioxidants, all of which have known benefits for the hair. You can use it as a final rinse after a hair wash. Rosemary water has hair growth-boosting and nourishing properties. Adds shine to hair and makes it soft and smooth.

Add 1/2 cup washed rice to 2 cups water and infuse it with a lid overnight. Strain the next day. Apply on hair and scalp and shampoo after 2-3 hours.

Wash 1 medium-sized aloe leaf and cut it into half. Scoop out the gel and add 1/4 cup to the blender. Add in 1 cup of filtered water and blend. Use this on hair and scalp after shampooing. Let your hair air dry.

ROSEMARY WATER – Rosemary is rich in antioxidants that help fight free radicals. Regular usage of this hair rinse makes hair shiny, soft and keeps hair free of dandruff and lice. Use it as a hair spray to refresh your hair and make it healthy.

In a saucepan, add 1/4 cup dried or fresh rosemary leaves and 2 cups of hot water. Let it soak overnight. The next morning, Simmer on low flame for 3-5 minutes and strain. Let it cool, down. Use it as a last hair rinse.
