RECIPE FOR GINGER MILK:

GINGER MILK TEA RECIPE AND BENEFITS

Things you need-

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoon black tea leaves
  • 1/2 cup milk (or any milk substitute)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 2-3 cardamom crushed
  • Sugar as per taste

Directions-

Place a saucepan on medium heat and pour in water, crushed ginger and crushed cardamom with the peel. Let it simmer for a good 5-7 minutes. Add in the sugar, black tea leaves and milk and simmer for another 1-2 minutes. If you are using almond or soy milk then remove the saucepan from the heat and add in the non dairy milk. Strain the teain to the serving cups. Enjoy warm.
