GINGER CUMIN DRINK FOR FLAT TUMMY

Things you need-

  • 1 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Honey if required

Directions- Place a saucepan on medium heat and add in water.Add in ginger and cumin and put a lid on the saucepan.Let it simmer for 5 minutes and turn off the flame. Strain the drink.Add in some honey or stevia, whatever you prefer and consume warm in the morning or after meals.
