There are packaged electrolyte drink powders or just bottled electrolyte drinks available in the market but nothing can work better than homemade electrolyte sans the extra sweeteners and preservatives! If you are feeling dehydrated and low, follow the below electrolyte recipe-
RECIPE FOR ELECTROLYTE DRINK:
Things you need-
- 1 cup filtered water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt or sea salt
- 2 tsp raw honey (or any sweetener substitute)
In a serving glass, add water and squeeze in lemon.
Add in salt and sweetener and stir.
Make and consume as and when required.
