We use a lot of products on our scalp and hair like shampoos, hair masks, scalp treatments, hair sprays, dry shampoos etc. These products build up on the scalp and hair strands and can clog hair follicles and make your hair oily. It is important to unclog hair follicles from time to time to stimulate hair growth and clarify the scalp to keep it healthy; that’s when scalp scrub comes into play! Below is a recipe for cinnamon scalp scrub you need to try:
Baking soda- Baking soda has great exfoliating properties that clarifies the scalp and unclogs follicles. It also buffs away product build-up.
Cinnamon powder- Cinnamon powder exfoliates scalp, unclogs pores and follicles, stimulates scalp circulation and boosts growth.
Olive oil- Olive oil moisturizes scalp and cuts down the abrasiveness of exfoliation process.
