INGREDIENTS

  • Cumin seeds – 1 tea spoon
  • Clean drinking water- 300 ml
  • Honey or Lime- 1 table spoon (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Take a container and add 1 tea spoon of cumin seeds into it.Heat the above for about 10 seconds (in a low flame)Now add 300 ml of drinking water in to the container. Allow the water to boil (till you notice that bubble in the water). Turn off the flames and cover the container and leave it for 5 minutes. Strain the above in the tea cups. You can add 1 tea spoon of honey or lime as per your taste and requirement. That’s it, now your ever-healthy cumin tea is ready to be served. Enjoy it warm.
