Things you need-

  • 2 cups Fresh tender coconut water
  • Fresh lemon juice – 2 Tbsp
  • Grated fresh ginger root – 1 Tsp
  • Himalyan pink salt – Pinch
  • Raw Honey or stevia – 1 Tbsp

In a jar, add chilled fresh tender coconut water and squeeze in juice of lemon. Add in ginger, pink salt and sweetener of your choice and stir until the salt is well dissolved.
