You will need –

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnammon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp honey

Recipe –

Place milk ina suace pan and warm it up on low heat( do not boil the milk, you just need warm milk) Stir in the cinnamon and nutmeg. Remove from heat and add honey.
