CHIA WATER RECIPE AND BENEFITS

RECIPE –

Things you need-

  • 1 cup filtered water or fresh coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon organic chia seeds

Method – Put coconut water in a cup and add your chia seeds. Stir well till the chia seeds are evenly dispersed and start to swell. Let it sit aside for 10 mins. Add honey to taste. Stir well to combine and enjoy.

White vs black chia seeds –

The main difference between black and white chia seeds is that black chia seeds provide a contrast color to food whereas white chia seeds blend with food. Other than that, there is no such significant nutritional difference between them.
