BANANA OATS SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Things you need-

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/3 cup instant oats
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Directions-

In a blender, add instant rolled oats and blend into fine powder. To the blender add in almond milk, flaxseed meal and cinnamon.Add stevia or honey is required and blend until thick and smooth. Transfer to a serving glass and enjoy! You can also add in muesli and dry fruits if you want.
