RECIPE FOR AYURVEDA MORNING DETOX TEA:
Things you need-
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
Place a saucepan on medium heat and pour in water. Add in cumin seeds, coriander seeds and fennel seeds. Place a lid on the saucepan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.Turn off the flame and filter the tea.Consume on an empty stomach in the morning while it is still warm.
