RECIPE FOR BANANA PUDDING: Banana is one of the best instant energy booster. It is loaded with high fibre content, supports digestion, boost metabolism, and is loaded with potassium, calcium, vitamins and nutrients.
Chia seeds rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, iron, and calcium. The seeds have excellent source of vitamin C, beta carotene, selenium and manganese. All the antioxidants in the seeds that help your body defend itself against cell damage and environmental pollutants.
Things you need-
- 1 cup milk/nut milk/soy milk
- 1 small ripe banana
- 2-3 tablespoons chia seeds
Directions- Blend together banana and milk until smooth and pour it in a bowl.Add in chia seeds, mix well and toss it in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight. Mix again and transfer in serving bowls. Garnish with some banana slices, nuts and enjoy!
