Green tea- Green tea has fat burning and weight loss catalysing properties that helps speed up weight loss.
Turmeric- Turmeric detoxes your body and flushes out all the toxins. It also speeds up metabolism and leads to proper digestion.
Cinnamon- Cinnamon has fat-burning compounds that help speedy weight loss. It melts fat deposits gradually and also prevents fat accumulation.
Lemon juice- Lemon juice has detoxing properties. It also balances intestinal pH and helps speed up metabolism.
RECIPE FOR WEIGHT LOSS ICED TEA:
Things you need-
- 2 cups brewed and chilled organic green tea
- 1/4 teaspoon organic turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon organic true cinnamon powder
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Sweetener if you like
In a serving glass, add green tea. Add in turmeric powder, cinnamon powder and lemon.
You can add in stevia or honey if you prefer it sweet.
