TURMERIC FAT BURNING COFFEE

Things you need-

  • 2 cups black coffee pre brewed
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon mct oil or coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter/clarified butter
TURMERIC FAT BURNING COFFEE

Directions-

In a blender, add pre-brewed coffee and turmeric powder.

Add in mct/coconut oil and butter.

Blend until smooth and consume warm on empty stomach. You can add 1/2 cup of coconut milk for added benefits and flavour.
