Things you need-
- 2 cups black coffee pre brewed
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon mct oil or coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter/clarified butter
In a blender, add pre-brewed coffee and turmeric powder.
Add in mct/coconut oil and butter.
Blend until smooth and consume warm on empty stomach. You can add 1/2 cup of coconut milk for added benefits and flavour.
