Gargling is a simple and effective way to soothe a sore throat. Natural gargle recipes work wonders for sore throat when done properly and religiously. Try one of these homemade gargle recipes to relieve throat pain.

Take a cup of warm water, add one teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and ½ teaspoon turmeric powder.
