Salt gargle for sore throat:
Take a cup of warm water, add one teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and ½ teaspoon turmeric powder. Salt water is effective in reducing inflammation and turmeric powder has antioxidant properties that help soothe the throat. Try gargling several times a day with a fresh batch of gargle for every use.
Ginger gargle for sore throat:
Grate a fresh organic ginger, add a teaspoon of grated ginger to a cup of hot water. Let it steep for 5 mins and when it is still warm, strain it. Now add to it a teaspoon of raw honey and use it for gargling. Honey has anti-bacterial properties and it protects your throat by coating it.
