BENEFITS OF CONSUMING SAFFRON MILK:

RECIPE FOR SAFFRON MILK:
Things you need-
- 1 cup dairy milk or nut milk (almond milk works the best in this recipe)
- 1 pinch saffron strands (or more if you like)
In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons hot milk and add in saffron. Let it infuse for few minutes. This is done to reap its maximum benefits.
In a saucepan, add remaining milk and once it starts simmering, add the prepared saffron solution and a sweetener of your choice.
Stir and let it simmer for additional 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the flame and pour the saffron milk in serving cup/glass.
