Oats- Oats have great anti-inflammatory and skin soothing properties. It softens skin, brightens it and adds a healthy glow.
Turmeric- Turmeric is a well-known skin brightening ingredient and has great anti-microbial effects. It keeps skin brighter and clearer.
Lemon- Lemon is a natural skin beaching ingredient that removes sun tan, brightens up your skin tone and lightens dark spots.
RECIPE FOR OATS AND TURMERIC FACE MASK FOR BRIGHTER SKIN:
Things you need-
- 3 tablespoons oats flour
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- Enough water to make a spreadable paste
In a bowl, add oats flour and turmeric powder. Mix it roughly so that there are no lumps and add in lemon juice.
Add in enough water to make a spreadable paste. Apply an even layer on a cleansed face including area under the eyes. Let it sit for about 15 minutes and wash off.
