Fat bombs are gaining popularity and work as a quick, healthy and natural fat supplement. If you are on a low carb and high fat diet, you probably have already tasted, made or bought fat bombs. Fat bombs are pretty easy to make and can be made sweet, savory or unsweetened too! Here we are with a matcha fat bomb recipe you need to try!
RECIPE FOR MATCHA FAT BOMB:
Things you need-
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 cup organic and pure edible coca butter
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- Sweetener if you like
In a saucepan, add coconut oil and cocoa butter. Add in matcha powder and sweetener if you want.
Heat it n a double boiler until everything is melted and well combined. You can also microwave it in a microwave safe bowl.
Pour the melted mixture in moulds you like or ice cube trays if you don’t have silicone moulds. Let it set and pop them out.
Store fat bombs at room temperature and not your fridge to keep them chewy and prevent hardening in the fridge.
WAYS TO USE:
- Have it as it is for a quick fat booster.
- Put 1-2 cubes in hot water and blend for a quick bombproof matcha drink!
