Matcha tea is one of the best detoxing teas and is rich in anti-oxidants. Matcha is traditionally made by simply whisking in hot water and diluting it as per taste preferences. It also is added in desserts and shakes and makes a great way of consuming matcha especially for those who do not quite like the original taste. RECIPE FOR ICED COCONUT MATCHA LATTE:
Things you need-
- 1 cup chilled coconut milk
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- Pinch cardamom powder for flavor
In a blender, add coconut milk and coconut cream. Make sure these are chilled if you want to avoid putting in ice.
Add in matcha powder, cardamom powder and sweetener of your choice.
Blend until smooth and pour in serving glass.
