Magnesium oil- Has sleep inducing and penetrative effects.
Lavender essential oil- Calms down senses and induces sleep.
RECIPE FOR HOMEMADE SLEEPYTIME FOOT SPRAY:
Things you need-
- 1/2 cup magnesium oil
- 10 drops lavender oil
In a jar, add magnesium oil. If you do not have magnesium oil, simply add 1 tablespoon of magnesium flakes to 1/2 cup of water and stir.
Add in lavender oil and mix again. Pour the solution in a spray bottle.
Spray it on your feet before bedtime. Massage and wear socks.
You can also add in coconut oil or castor oil for skin softening and moisturizing effects.
