RECIPE FOR HEALING 3-INGREDIENT TURMERIC TONIC:
Things you need-
- 1 tablespoon turmeric juice – blend turmeric root with little water and strain
- Honey as per taste
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 cup hot water
In a glass or cup, add 1 cup hot water.
Add in turmeric juice, lemon juice and honey.
Stir and sip while its hot!
