Green tea- Green tea is a well-known weight loss tea and an effective fat burner. It also speeds up metabolism and prevents fat deposit.
Lemon juice- Lemon juice is a natural belly fat burner. It also is anti-inflammatory, natural detoxing agent and great for the gut.
Turmeric powder- Turmeric helps detox the body, speed up metabolism and has fat burning properties.
RECIPE FOR GREEN TURMERIC LEMON TEA:
Things you need-
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon green tea leaves
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon organic turmeric powder
- Honey or any other sweetener if you like (optional)
- Place a saucepan on low flame and add in water.
- Add green tea leaves followed by turmeric powder.
- Stir and add in lemon juice and honey. Stir again. You can skip adding honey or any sweetener if you want to avoid carbs; you can instead add stevia.
- Let it simmer for 5 minutes and turn off the flame.
- Consume warm on an empty stomach.
