Things you need-

  • 1 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 ginger sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ajwain seeds or Carom seeds
GINGER TEA FOR BLOATING

Directions-

In a jar, add hot water and add in ginger slices.

Add in ajwain seeds and cover it with a lid for 10 minutes.

Strain and consume! If you want you can add in honey.

Have this after a heavy meal or in the morning.
