RECIPE FOR GINGER SHOT FOR COUGH AND COLD:
Things you need-
- 1 inch fresh ginger root
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- ½ cup water
- Grab a blender and add in ginger root and lemon juice.
- Add in raw honey and water and blend the mixture until well combined.
- Strain the mixture and have it straight. If you aren’t very fond of the taste, you can dilute it a bit.
