Detox waters are great way to detox your body and prevent excessive fat consumption and also bloating. Below is an easy flat-tummy detox water you need to have everyday!

Cucumber- Smooth metabolism helps body get rid of fat deposits. Cucumber is high in water content that helps your body get rid of toxins and boosts metabolism.

Lemon- Lemons prevent fluid retention that prevents bloating!

Mint- Mint helps us burn fat, improve digestion, prevent fluid retention in the body and also reduce/prevent inflammation.

RECIPE FOR FLAT TUMMY DETOX WATER:

Things you need-

FLAT TUMMY DETOX WATER RECIPE

  • 1 medium sized cucumber sliced
  • 2 small lemons sliced
  • Handful of mint leaves roughly torn
  • 2 cups water

Directions-

  • In mason jar or water bottle, add in cucumber, lemon and mint leaves one after the other.
  • Add in water and give it a quick stir and put a lid.
  • Refrigerate the water overnight and sip on it the next day, all day long.
