RECIPE FOR FAT-BURNING DETOX WATER:
Things you need-
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon powder
- Few mint leaves
- 1 apple diced or sliced
In a mason jar or serving glass, add sliced apples and cinnamon powder.
Add in mint leaves and pour in 2 cups of water.
Stir and refrigerate overnight. Strain and sip this water the next day, all day long.
