Mango season is here and you will see restaurants and cafes filled with mango delicacies in the menu. Mangoes are not available year round and when it is mango season, we are bound to make the most of it. Mango shake is one such drink we all make in summers, no matter what and it is one of the easiest and quickest things to do when you have mangoes in your pantry. You do not need any fancy extra ingredients (though you can add if you want) and here is a basic yet the creamiest mango milkshake recipe:
RECIPE FOR MANGO MILKSHAKE:
Things you need-
- 1 ½ cup diced alphonso mango
- 1 cup cold milk
- ½ cup fresh cream
- Sugar as per taste
- Dry fruits/mango ice cream and some mango pieces for garnishing
In a blender, add mango, fresh cream, milk, vanilla ice cream and sugar as per your taste preferences. Blend until creamy and well combined.
Serve garnished with mango chunks and dry fruits. You can also add in Greek yogurt and chia seeds if you like.
