Sun exposure can cause skin tanning and speed up ageing. Also, sun burn is very common and if you have sensitive skin, you need to incorporate skin care products that soothe the skin and relieve inflammation. After-sun gels and sprays are quite common and are great when used right after sun exposure to prevent sun burn and skin inflammation. Here we are with an all-natural recipe for after-sun spray:

DIY AFTER-SUN SPRAY

BENEFITS:

Coconut oil- Helps soothe and moisturize skin. Prevents sun burn and skin flaking due to sun exposure.

Witch hazel- Keeps skin clear and flawless. Has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties.

Rose oil- Has skin soothing and repairing effects.

Things you need-

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup witch hazel
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 10 drops rose oil

Directions-

In a jar, add water and rose water. Add in coconut oil and rose oil. You can also make rose oil at home – DIY ROSE OIL RECIPE 

Stir and pour the solution in a spray bottle. Shake well before using.

Can be used several times a day.  Do not forget to massage it in.
