RECIPE FOR DATE SYRUP:
Things you need-
- Hot water
- Dates (Pitted)
In a bowl, add hot water and pitted dates. Let the dates soak in hot water for 30 minutes and mash it up.
Strain the liquid and simmer it on low flame until it becomes thick and sticky.
Turn off the flame and let the syrup cool down.
Store the syrup in an air-tight jar and use it on pan cakes, in baking, in beverages etc.
