RECIPE FOR CAFFEINE-FREE BUTTERFLY PEA LATTE:
Things you need-
- 1 cup water
- Sugar as per taste
- 2 tablespoons butterfly pea tea
- 2 cups milk (nut milk, soy milk or any milk substitute can do)
In a brewing jar or saucepan, add water, blue pea tea and sugar. Simmer on low flame for 5 minutes and turn off the flame.
Pour the tea halfway through the cup and pour hot milk on top. your caffeine-free butterfly pea latte is ready!
You can add in some whipped cream if you like.
