Body oils are widely used these days and they work great in keeping your skin elastic, soft, moisturized and plump. Body oils can sometimes feel a bit sticky in summers when used after showers; here is a body oil spray recipe that can help you treat and prevent stretch marks and also is great to be used all-year-round!
Aloe juice- Aloe juice keeps skin hydrated and soft. It restores skin’s natural elasticity and prevents and lightens stretch marks.
Almond oil- Almond oil helps lighten stretch marks and brightens up skin. It keeps skin elastic and well-moisturized.
Patchouli essential oil- Patchouli essential oil has skin healing ad repairing property that helps treat and lighten stretch marks.
Things you need-
- ½ cup aloe vera juice
- 2 tablespoons almond oil
- 10 drops patchouli essential oil
In a bowl, add aloe vera juice and almond oil. Add in essential oil and mix well.
Pour the solution in a bottle and shake well. Spray and massage it on your body or problematic areas before/after shower and before bedtime for overnight treatment.
**Caution: Patch test before using. Never use essential oils directly on the skin, always use them diluted.
