Things you need-
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds/powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds/powder
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds/powder
- 1 ½ cup water
- Place a saucepan on low flame and add in water.
- Add in 1 teaspoon each of cumin seeds, coriander seeds and fennel seeds. You can either add seeds or powder, whatever you have at the moment.
- Stir and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and strain.
- Consume the tea on an empty stomach in morning.
