RECIPE FOR AYURVEDIC BEDTIME DRINK:
Things you need-
- 1 cup milk (preferably almond milk)
- 2-3 pitted dates
- Pinch cardamom powder
- Pinch saffron
In a saucepan, add milk, saffron and cardamom powder.
Add in pitted dates and let it cook for few minutes.
Mash the dates into milk while it is cooking and turn off the flame.
