Here is a recipe for all-purpose apple cider vinegar tonic that can be used for all sorts of problems like building immunity, calcium and potassium deficiency, heat burn, acidity, indigestion, fat accumulation, for weight loss, reducing the alkalinity of body (which is the main reason behind all body problems), reducing tartar, calcium deposits in body, stiffness of muscles, stimulation of thyroid etc. –
RECIPE FOR APPLE CIDER VINEGAR TONIC:
Things you need-
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons organic mother vinegar (ACV)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
In a serving glass, add warm water first and add in vinegar. We suggest organic apple cider vinegar with the mother.
Add in lemon juice and stir. No need to add in any sweetener.
If you crave for some spicy touch or have an irritated throat or want to have this for building immunity, feel free to add in 1 teaspoon ginger juice.
Stir and consume 2 times a day, 30 minutes before lunch and dinner. Also great as a morning drink.
